Ingredients
- Sourdough loaf (round or oval)
- Brie cheese (wheel or block)
- Cranberry sauce (whole berry)
- Butter (melted)
- Fresh parsley
- Garlic (minced or powder)
- Salt & pepper
- Orange zest (optional for brightness)
Instructions
- Slice the sourdough in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the bottom.
- Insert chunks or slices of brie deep into all the cuts.
- Mix melted butter with garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley; brush generously over the loaf.
- Wrap loosely in foil and bake for 20 minutes until cheese is fully melted.
- Remove foil, spoon warm cranberry sauce over the top, and bake for 5–10 more minutes.
- Add fresh parsley or orange zest.
- Pull apart pieces while warm and gooey.
