Instructions

- Add remaining sugar, eggs, flour, and salt; knead until dough forms.
- Gradually incorporate butter until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide into 12 equal balls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle pearl sugar on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and glossy.
