Description

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated or homemade biscuits
  • Shredded or sliced roast beef
  • Provolone or Swiss cheese
  • Beef au jus (for dipping)
  • Butter (melted)
  • Garlic powder
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Split each biscuit in half horizontally.
  3. Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half, then top with the other biscuit half.
  4. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed, golden, and the cheese is melted.
  6. Warm au jus in a small pot.
  7. Serve biscuits hot with au jus for dipping.
