Ingredients
- Refrigerated or homemade biscuits
- Shredded or sliced roast beef
- Provolone or Swiss cheese
- Beef au jus (for dipping)
- Butter (melted)
- Garlic powder
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Split each biscuit in half horizontally.
- Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom half, then top with the other biscuit half.
- Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed, golden, and the cheese is melted.
- Warm au jus in a small pot.
- Serve biscuits hot with au jus for dipping.
