Ingredients
- Shredded beef (pot roast or slow-cooked)
- Flour tortillas
- Provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Au jus (for dipping)
- Butter or oil (for browning)
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley (garnish)
- Optional: caramelized onions
Instructions
- Warm tortillas and layer shredded beef and cheese down the center of each.
- Roll tightly into burrito-style roll-ups.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat and place roll-ups seam-side down.
- Cook until all sides are golden and the cheese is melted, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Warm au jus on the side for dipping.
- Slice roll-ups or serve whole with parsley on top.
- Dip generously into au jus for the full French dip flavor.
