Instructions

- Raise the heat to high and cook until the syrup reaches 300°F (hard crack stage).
- Remove from heat and stir in purple food coloring and vanilla.
- Dip each apple into the purple candy syrup, turning for even coating.
- Immediately roll the lower half of each apple in the crushed rainbow candy.
- Set on parchment to cool and harden before serving for a stunning, crunchy treat.
