Ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- Frozen or fresh-cut fries
- Honey BBQ sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Butter
- Fresh garlic (minced)
- Smoked paprika
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Bake fries at 400°F (200°C) until crispy and golden, about 20–25 minutes.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until cooked through and caramelized.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pan; cook 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey BBQ sauce and simmer until thick and glossy. Slice chicken.
- Spread hot fries on a baking tray, layer generously with shredded mozzarella, and broil briefly until melted and bubbly.
- Top cheesy fries with sticky garlic butter BBQ chicken.
- Finish with blue cheese crumbles and fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and melty.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey BBQ sauce for a few hours before cooking.
- Feel free to substitute the blue cheese with another cheese if preferred.
