Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Frozen or fresh-cut fries
  • Honey BBQ sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Fresh garlic (minced)
  • Smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bake fries at 400°F (200°C) until crispy and golden, about 20–25 minutes.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until cooked through and caramelized.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan; cook 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in honey BBQ sauce and simmer until thick and glossy. Slice chicken.
  4. Spread hot fries on a baking tray, layer generously with shredded mozzarella, and broil briefly until melted and bubbly.
  5. Top cheesy fries with sticky garlic butter BBQ chicken.
  6. Finish with blue cheese crumbles and fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and melty.
