Description
Tender seared steak bites and golden potatoes baked together in rich garlic butter.
Ingredients
- Steak chunks (sirloin or ribeye)
- Baby potatoes
- Garlic butter
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Paprika
- Optional: rosemary or thyme sprigs
Instructions
- Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika; place on the bottom of each foil pack.
- Add seasoned steak chunks on top.
- Spoon generous amounts of garlic butter over the steak and potatoes.
- Seal foil tightly and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Open foil and broil 2–3 minutes for color if desired.
- Finish with extra garlic butter and chopped parsley.
- Serve hot directly from the foil for easy cleanup.
Notes
- Ensure the foil is sealed tightly to retain moisture.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of potato chunks.
- Feel free to add other vegetables for variety.
