Description

Soft, fluffy, golden flatbreads brushed with warm garlic-butter and perfect for dipping or wrapping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add yogurt and knead into a soft dough; rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into small balls, flatten each into a mini round.
  4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
  5. Melt butter with minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Brush hot flatbreads generously with garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For best results, use plain yogurt.
  • Adjust garlic quantity based on preference.
