Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add yogurt and knead into a soft dough; rest for 5 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls, flatten each into a mini round.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
- Melt butter with minced garlic until fragrant.
- Brush hot flatbreads generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For best results, use plain yogurt.
- Adjust garlic quantity based on preference.
- These flatbreads can be served with dips or as a wrap.
