Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 12 Mozzarella or cheddar cubes
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuit or roll dough
- 1/2 cup Garlic butter (butter + minced garlic)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned; let cool slightly.
- Flatten each dough piece into a small circle.
- Add a spoonful of beef and a cheese cube to the center, then pinch shut to form a sealed ball.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush generously with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, until golden and melty inside.
- Finish with more garlic butter and fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more spices to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
