Description

Soft golden rolls stuffed with juicy beef and molten cheese, brushed in buttery garlic-parm magic.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 12 Mozzarella or cheddar cubes
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit or roll dough
  • 1/2 cup Garlic butter (butter + minced garlic)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and onion powder until browned; let cool slightly.
  2. Flatten each dough piece into a small circle.
  3. Add a spoonful of beef and a cheese cube to the center, then pinch shut to form a sealed ball.
  4. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush generously with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, until golden and melty inside.
  7. Finish with more garlic butter and fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more spices to the beef mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
