Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Stir in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in dried cranberries and whole almonds evenly.
- Shape dough into a long flat log and bake for 25 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, slice into biscotti, lay cut-side down, and bake again for 10–12 minutes until crisp.
