Ingredients

  • 1 cup Marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • Chocolate shavings (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Cream butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; add to wet ingredients.
  4. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet and slightly flatten.
  5. Spoon marshmallow creme on top and gently swirl into the dough.
  6. Bake until set on the edges but soft in the center.
  7. Cool slightly, then finish with chocolate shavings if desired.
