Ingredients
- Beef chunks (sirloin or flank steak, cubed)
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Optional: cumin, red wine vinegar
- Skewers (wood or metal)
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Add beef cubes and mix well; marinate at least 30 minutes (or up to 3 hours).
- Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat and cook skewers 2–3 minutes per side until charred and juicy.
- Rest briefly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges and tzatziki or rice.
- Optional: Drizzle extra marinade (cooked) or olive oil for shine.

- For best flavor, marinate the beef for the full 3 hours.
