Description

Ingredients

  • Beef chunks (sirloin or flank steak, cubed)
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Optional: cumin, red wine vinegar
  • Skewers (wood or metal)

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add beef cubes and mix well; marinate at least 30 minutes (or up to 3 hours).
  3. Thread marinated beef onto skewers.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over high heat and cook skewers 2–3 minutes per side until charred and juicy.
  5. Rest briefly, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and tzatziki or rice.
  7. Optional: Drizzle extra marinade (cooked) or olive oil for shine.
