- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Brush pastry with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Fold the dough in half, press lightly, and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm bread twists before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a combination of butter and cream cheese in the glaze.
