Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Brush pastry with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Fold the dough in half, press lightly, and cut into 1-inch strips.
  4. Twist each strip and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden.
  6. Mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt for the glaze.
  7. Drizzle glaze over warm bread twists before serving.
