Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red food coloring (for pink swirl)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: extra whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Gently melt white chocolate and let cool slightly.
  2. Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
  3. Fold melted white chocolate into half of the whipped cream to make the white mousse.
  4. Add peppermint extract and a touch of red coloring to the remaining whipped cream.
  5. Spoon alternating layers of white and pink peppermint mousse into jars.
  6. Add a swirl of whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
  7. Refrigerate 15–30 minutes before serving.
