Instructions
- Split mini bagels and lightly brush cut sides with olive oil for extra crispness.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each half.
- Add a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Top with pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
- Serve hot and melty straight from the air fryer.
