- 4 Italian sub rolls
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian deli meats (salami, pepperoni, ham)
- 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Slice sub rolls and spread a thin layer of butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Layer deli meats inside each roll.
- Spoon marinara sauce over the meats.
- Add a generous amount of mozzarella and provolone.
- Brush tops with garlic-herb butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- Feel free to customize the meats based on your preference.
- These sandwiches are best served fresh out of the oven.
