Description

Toasty, melty, herb-topped Italian subs loaded with meats, cheese, and saucy goodness.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Italian sub rolls
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian deli meats (salami, pepperoni, ham)
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice sub rolls and spread a thin layer of butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  2. Layer deli meats inside each roll.
  3. Spoon marinara sauce over the meats.
  4. Add a generous amount of mozzarella and provolone.
  5. Brush tops with garlic-herb butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
  • Feel free to customize the meats based on your preference.
