Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
  3. Layer pepperoni and shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll tightly into a log and slice into even rolls.
  5. Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning; sprinkle Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden, bubbly, and flaky; garnish with parsley.
