- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
- Layer pepperoni and shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into even rolls.
- Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning; sprinkle Parmesan.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden, bubbly, and flaky; garnish with parsley.
