- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup White chocolate hazelnut spread (or white chocolate ganache)
- 1/2 cup Milk chocolate hazelnut spread
- Kinder Bueno pieces for topping
- Sea salt flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking trays with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and brown sugar, then beat in eggs until fluffy.
- Mix in cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda until dough forms.
- Roll into balls, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes until set but soft.
- Once cooled, spread white chocolate filling on one cookie and milk chocolate hazelnut spread on another.
- Sandwich together and top with a small Kinder Bueno piece and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Chill briefly to set, then serve slightly warm for maximum gooeyness.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality cocoa powder.
- Adjust the amount of sea salt to taste.
