Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate hazelnut spread (or white chocolate ganache)
  • 1/2 cup Milk chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Kinder Bueno pieces for topping
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter and brown sugar, then beat in eggs until fluffy.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda until dough forms.
  4. Roll into balls, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes until set but soft.
  5. Once cooled, spread white chocolate filling on one cookie and milk chocolate hazelnut spread on another.
  6. Sandwich together and top with a small Kinder Bueno piece and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Chill briefly to set, then serve slightly warm for maximum gooeyness.
