Ingredients
- Pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- Ground beef
- Bacon
- Heavy cream
- Butter
- Garlic (minced)
- Cream cheese
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Optional chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve a little pasta water and drain.
- Cook bacon until crispy, remove, and crumble; leave a bit of fat in the pan.
- Brown ground beef in the same pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika; drain excess grease.
- Add butter and garlic, sauté briefly, then stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Melt in cheddar and parmesan, stirring until the sauce is thick and glossy.
- Fold pasta, beef, and bacon into the sauce, loosening with pasta water if needed.
- Serve hot with extra cheese and bacon on top.
