Description

Ultra-cheesy, bacon-loaded pasta that tastes like a bacon cheeseburger in creamy Alfredo form.

Ingredients

  • Pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • Ground beef
  • Bacon
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Optional chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve a little pasta water and drain.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, remove, and crumble; leave a bit of fat in the pan.
  3. Brown ground beef in the same pan, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika; drain excess grease.
  4. Add butter and garlic, sauté briefly, then stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Melt in cheddar and parmesan, stirring until the sauce is thick and glossy.
  6. Fold pasta, beef, and bacon into the sauce, loosening with pasta water if needed.
  7. Serve hot with extra cheese and bacon on top.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
