Instructions

- Slice baked potatoes open and fluff the insides with butter.
- Add a generous handful of shredded cheddar to melt inside.
- Pile hot steak bites over the cheese.
- Add sour cream, bacon crumbles, and green onions.
- Serve immediately while everything is hot and melty.
