  • Brown sugar substitute or honey (1 tbsp)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Green onions (3, sliced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook 1 minute until fragrant.
