Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
- Mash bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
- Whisk in melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
- Sift in flour, matcha powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; cool before slicing.
