- Optional: warm apricot jam for shine
Instructions
- If using raw tart shells, bake according to package directions and let cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth and fluffy.
- Whip heavy cream separately to soft peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon or pipe the creamy filling into each tart shell.
- Top generously with fresh berries, sliced peaches, or any seasonal fruit.
- Brush fruit lightly with warm apricot jam if desired for a glossy finish.
- Chill 15–20 minutes to set before serving.
