Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • Optional: warm apricot jam for shine

Instructions

  1. If using raw tart shells, bake according to package directions and let cool completely.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Whip heavy cream separately to soft peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spoon or pipe the creamy filling into each tart shell.
  5. Top generously with fresh berries, sliced peaches, or any seasonal fruit.
  6. Brush fruit lightly with warm apricot jam if desired for a glossy finish.
  7. Chill 15–20 minutes to set before serving.
