Description

Flaky golden pastries filled with gooey chocolate and soft marshmallows — campfire flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pie crust or puff pastry
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pastry and cut into circles (about 4 inches wide).
  3. Place a spoonful of chocolate chips and marshmallows in the center of each circle.
  4. Brush edges with melted butter, fold over, and seal with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool slightly before serving — the chocolate will be perfectly melty inside.

Notes
