Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Balls are a tasty treat that combines cool, creamy mint flavor with chocolate crunch, making it a no-bake, high-protein snack that tastes like dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 12 tbsp almond milk (to bind)
  • ½ cup melted white chocolate + green food coloring (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, and mini chocolate chips.
  2. Stir in almond butter, honey, peppermint extract, and almond milk until a dough forms.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls and chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate, tint with a drop of green food coloring, and dip each ball until coated.
  5. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top before the coating sets.
  6. Chill for another 10–15 minutes until firm.
  7. Store in the fridge for a refreshing post-workout or guilt-free dessert.
