- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- ½ cup milk
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and a pinch of salt; press firmly into a tart pan and chill for 15 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, pudding mix, and milk into a smooth, thick pastry-cream filling.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy, then spread the filling thickly into the chilled crust.
- Make ganache: heat cream until steamy, pour over chopped chocolate, whisk until glossy.
- Cool ganache for 10–15 minutes so it thickens slightly, then spread a generous layer over the cream filling.
- Chill at least 3 hours before slicing for clean layers and a firm, glossy top.
