Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup milk
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs with melted butter and a pinch of salt; press firmly into a tart pan and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, pudding mix, and milk into a smooth, thick pastry-cream filling.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until fluffy, then spread the filling thickly into the chilled crust.
  5. Make ganache: heat cream until steamy, pour over chopped chocolate, whisk until glossy.
  6. Cool ganache for 10–15 minutes so it thickens slightly, then spread a generous layer over the cream filling.
  7. Chill at least 3 hours before slicing for clean layers and a firm, glossy top.
