Description

Delicious no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough truffles made with edible cookie dough, coated in chocolate, and topped with mini chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (heat-treated flour)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup melted chocolate (white or milk for coating)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cream or milk (optional for moisture)
  • Extra mini chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat-treat flour in the oven or microwave, then mix with butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt to form cookie dough.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips, then chill the dough for 10–15 minutes for easier shaping.
  3. Scoop and roll small dough balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Melt chocolate and dip each ball fully, letting excess drip off.
  5. Place on the tray and immediately sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Chill for 15–20 minutes until the coating is firm.
  7. Serve chilled or store refrigerated.
