- 1 cup edible cookie dough (heat-treated flour)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup melted chocolate (white or milk for coating)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cream or milk (optional for moisture)
- Extra mini chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Heat-treat flour in the oven or microwave, then mix with butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt to form cookie dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips, then chill the dough for 10–15 minutes for easier shaping.
- Scoop and roll small dough balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt chocolate and dip each ball fully, letting excess drip off.
- Place on the tray and immediately sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes until the coating is firm.
- Serve chilled or store refrigerated.
