Description

Thick layers of marshmallow cream and melted chocolate sandwiched between crunchy graham crackers—gooey, crisp, and irresistible.


Ingredients

  • 9 graham crackers (halved)
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Crushed graham crumbs for topping
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and layer the bottom with graham crackers.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and butter together until smooth; stir in vanilla and salt.
  3. Spread half of the melted chocolate over the graham layer.
  4. Gently spread marshmallow fluff on top, then add another layer of graham crackers.
  5. Pour remaining chocolate over the top and sprinkle with crushed graham crumbs.
  6. Chill for 1 hour until firm, then cut into squares.
  7. Serve slightly softened for that classic s’mores melt.
