Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet; sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook until chicken is heated through and lightly golden.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and a little parmesan.
  5. Spoon cheesy chicken mixture onto tortillas and roll tightly.
  6. Toast wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice in half and garnish with parsley before serving.
