- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 flour tortillas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet; sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until chicken is heated through and lightly golden.
- Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and a little parmesan.
- Spoon cheesy chicken mixture onto tortillas and roll tightly.
- Toast wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet until golden and crispy.
- Slice in half and garnish with parsley before serving.
