- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Paprika (optional)
- Fresh thyme or microgreens (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season lamb chops generously with salt and pepper.
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, rosemary, garlic, and paprika in a bowl.
- Brush lamb lightly with Dijon mustard and olive oil.
- Press chops firmly into the Parmesan mixture to coat.
- Sear lamb in a hot skillet until crust is golden on both sides.
- Transfer to oven and cook until desired doneness.
- Rest briefly, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.
