Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Lamb chops (rib or loin)
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika (optional)
  • Fresh thyme or microgreens (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season lamb chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, rosemary, garlic, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Brush lamb lightly with Dijon mustard and olive oil.
  4. Press chops firmly into the Parmesan mixture to coat.
  5. Sear lamb in a hot skillet until crust is golden on both sides.
  6. Transfer to oven and cook until desired doneness.
  7. Rest briefly, garnish with herbs, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free option, use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic and rosemary according to your taste.
