  • Candy eyes
  • Red chocolate candies (for nose)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt to form a soft dough.
  5. Roll dough into balls, place in muffin cups, and bake for 12–14 minutes.
  6. Immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie.
  7. Decorate with pretzels for antlers, candy eyes, and a red candy nose; cool completely before serving.
