Instructions
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, melted butter/oil, and a few drops of peppermint extract.
- Combine wet with dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop batter into a lined muffin pan.
