- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced

- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet.
- Trim the ends of the broccolini and pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss the broccolini with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Spread the broccolini in a single layer on the baking sheet, with stems aligned.
- Roast for 18–22 minutes until the stems are tender and the tops are lightly charred.
- Finish with lemon zest and juice.
- Add flaky salt or Parmesan if desired and serve hot.
