Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional finish)
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Trim the ends of the broccolini and pat dry thoroughly.
  3. Toss the broccolini with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  4. Spread the broccolini in a single layer on the baking sheet, with stems aligned.
  5. Roast for 18–22 minutes until the stems are tender and the tops are lightly charred.
  6. Finish with lemon zest and juice.
  7. Add flaky salt or Parmesan if desired and serve hot.
