A fun, shareable twist on the classic Philly—tender steak, peppers, onions, and melty cheese wrapped in golden crescent dough.

- 1 can Crescent roll dough
- 1 lb Thinly sliced steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 8 oz Provolone cheese
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Optional: mushrooms
- 1 Egg wash (1 egg + splash of water)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Sauté steak in olive oil with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; remove from heat.
- Sauté peppers and onions until tender; combine with the cooked steak.
- Arrange crescent triangles in a ring, points facing outward.
- Spoon steak mixture onto the wide ends and top with provolone cheese.
- Fold points over filling and tuck underneath to seal.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding mushrooms to the steak mixture.
- Ensure the crescent dough is sealed well to prevent filling from leaking during baking.
- Serve warm for the best taste and texture.
