Instructions

- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; fold into the dough just until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chunks and optional chopped pistachios.
- Scoop dough, flatten slightly, add a spoon of pistachio cream in the center, and seal with more dough.
- Bake until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool briefly so the filling stays molten before serving.
