Instructions

  3. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; fold into the dough just until combined.
  4. Stir in chocolate chunks and optional chopped pistachios.
  5. Scoop dough, flatten slightly, add a spoon of pistachio cream in the center, and seal with more dough.
  6. Bake until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  7. Cool briefly so the filling stays molten before serving.
