Description
A warm, melty brie round wrapped in a crisp pistachio crust and topped with sweet cranberries and honey.
Ingredients
- Mini brie wheels (or 1 small round)
- Pistachios (finely chopped)
- Eggs (for coating)
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Honey
- Cranberries (fresh or cranberry sauce)
- Fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: orange zest
Instructions
- Chill brie briefly so it holds shape during frying.
- Dip each wheel in beaten egg, then coat in a mix of panko, pistachios, salt, and pepper.
- Fry in 350°F oil until golden and crisp on all sides; drain well.
- Warm cranberries or cranberry sauce until glossy.
- Place fried brie on a board and drizzle generously with honey.
- Spoon cranberries over the top.
- Finish with chopped pistachios and parsley. Serve immediately for max melt!

- Can be garnished with additional herbs for flavor.
