- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three round cake pans.
- Whisk together flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, oil, pumpkin purée, and espresso until smooth.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet batter and divide evenly between the prepared pans.
- Bake until set and cool completely.
- Whip together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and espresso into a fluffy frosting.
- Layer the cake with frosting and finish with caramel sauce dripping over the top.
