Description

A no-bake, cloud-like tiramisu infused with coconut cream and Raffaello luxury.


Ingredients

  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Coconut cream
  • Ladyfinger biscuits
  • Raffaello chocolates
  • Heavy cream
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sweetened shredded coconut
  • White chocolate (grated or shaved)
  • Milk or coconut milk (for dipping)
  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold mascarpone and coconut cream into the whipped cream until smooth.
  3. Briefly dip ladyfingers into milk or coconut milk (do not soak).
  4. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  5. Spread a thick layer of coconut mascarpone cream on top.
  6. Sprinkle chopped Raffaello chocolates and shredded coconut.
  7. Repeat layers, finish with cream, dust lightly, and chill before slicing.

Notes

  • Ensure not to soak the ladyfingers to maintain their texture.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours for the best flavor and texture.
