Description
A no-bake, cloud-like tiramisu infused with coconut cream and Raffaello luxury.
Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese
- Coconut cream
- Ladyfinger biscuits
- Raffaello chocolates
- Heavy cream
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Sweetened shredded coconut
- White chocolate (grated or shaved)
- Milk or coconut milk (for dipping)
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon (for dusting)
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold mascarpone and coconut cream into the whipped cream until smooth.
- Briefly dip ladyfingers into milk or coconut milk (do not soak).
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread a thick layer of coconut mascarpone cream on top.
- Sprinkle chopped Raffaello chocolates and shredded coconut.
- Repeat layers, finish with cream, dust lightly, and chill before slicing.
Notes
- Ensure not to soak the ladyfingers to maintain their texture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours for the best flavor and texture.
- Can be garnished with additional Raffaello chocolates on top.
