Juicy grapes coated in colorful candy sugar and sprinkles — a crunchy, sweet, and fruity treat bursting with fun.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups seedless grapes (red, green, purple)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup corn syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • Rainbow sprinkles for garnish
  • Parchment paper for cooling

Instructions

  1. Rinse grapes and pat them completely dry.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat sugar, corn syrup, and water until it reaches 300°F (hard-crack stage).
  3. Divide candy syrup into bowls and tint each with a few drops of different food colorings.
  4. Using a skewer, dip each grape into the colored syrup and immediately roll in rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Place coated grapes on parchment paper to set and harden.
  6. Once cooled, chill them in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve cold for a crunchy, colorful candy burst.

Notes

  • Ensure grapes are completely dry before dipping to help the candy adhere.
  • Experiment with different food coloring combinations for a unique look.
