Instructions
- Rinse grapes and pat them completely dry.
- In a small saucepan, heat sugar, corn syrup, and water until it reaches 300°F (hard-crack stage).
- Divide candy syrup into bowls and tint each with a few drops of different food colorings.
- Using a skewer, dip each grape into the colored syrup and immediately roll in rainbow sprinkles.
- Place coated grapes on parchment paper to set and harden.
- Once cooled, chill them in the fridge for 15 minutes.
