Description

Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Spaghetti
  • Crushed tomatoes
  • Onion (finely diced)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato paste
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Dried oregano
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a deep skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced onion until soft and golden. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart finely.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and cook 1–2 minutes to deepen flavor.
  5. Add crushed tomatoes, cinnamon, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 20–25 minutes until thick and rich.
  6. Toss cooked spaghetti into the sauce or spoon generously over plated pasta.
  7. Finish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
