- 1 Egg

- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Roll into meatballs and brown on all sides in a skillet; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until golden.
- Stir in flour to form a roux, then slowly whisk in beef broth.
- Add Worcestershire and soy sauce; simmer until gravy thickens.
- Return meatballs to the pan, cover, and simmer gently for 4 hours until tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.
