Ingredients

  • Freshly brewed coffee
  • Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Peppermint extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint or sprinkles
  • Cocoa powder (optional)
  • Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk in a small pot or steam until hot and frothy.
  2. Brew strong coffee and pour into a mug lined with chocolate syrup drips.
  3. Stir in chocolate syrup and a tiny splash (⅛–¼ tsp) of peppermint extract.
  4. Add the hot milk and whisk to blend into a smooth mocha.

  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint or festive sprinkles on top.
  7. Drizzle with extra chocolate and serve immediately.
