Description

A warm and delicious breakfast wrap filled with creamy feta and tender spinach, perfect for cozy mornings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or butter
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté spinach (and garlic if using) until wilted.
  2. Lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble gently in the pan.
  3. Stir wilted spinach into the eggs and remove from heat.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry pan until lightly toasted and flexible.
  5. Spoon egg-spinach mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle generously with crumbled feta.
  7. Roll tightly into wraps and toast seam-side down until golden.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins to customize your wrap.
  • For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes.
