Description

A creamy delight featuring pillowy gnocchi tossed in a garlic-Parmesan sauce with tender shrimp and herbs.


Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • Gnocchi
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional: red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté shrimp in butter and olive oil with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes until pink; remove and set aside.
  3. Add more butter and garlic to the pan; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted into a smooth, creamy sauce.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi and shrimp back into the pan, tossing to coat.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
  • Fresh parsley can be substituted with dried herbs if necessary.
