Ingredients
- Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- Gnocchi
- Heavy cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp in butter and olive oil with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes until pink; remove and set aside.
- Add more butter and garlic to the pan; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted into a smooth, creamy sauce.
- Add cooked gnocchi and shrimp back into the pan, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
- Fresh parsley can be substituted with dried herbs if necessary.
