Instructions
- Brown Steak (Optional but Best): Sear steak cubes in butter until lightly browned.
- Layer: Add onions and garlic to the slow cooker, then the steak on top.
- Mix Gravy: Whisk au jus mix with beef broth and Worcestershire; pour over steak.
- Cook: Slow cook on LOW for 6 hours until fork-tender.
- Thicken (Optional): Stir in a cornstarch slurry for a thicker gravy.
- Season: Adjust salt and pepper.
- Serve: Over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice—garnish with parsley.
