Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 Small flour tortillas
  • 4 Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup Burger sauce (mayo-based)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Diced onion
  • 1/2 cup Dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Press a thin layer of ground beef directly onto one side of each tortilla; season well.
  2. Heat a skillet over high heat with a little oil.
  3. Place tortillas beef-side down and smash firmly; cook until beef is browned and crispy.
  4. Flip tortillas and add cheese on the beef side; cook until melted.
  5. Remove from heat and top with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
  6. Drizzle generously with burger sauce.
  7. Fold and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
