Ingredients

- 4 Small flour tortillas
- 4 Cheddar cheese slices
- 1/2 cup Burger sauce (mayo-based)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Diced onion
- 1/2 cup Dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Press a thin layer of ground beef directly onto one side of each tortilla; season well.
- Heat a skillet over high heat with a little oil.
- Place tortillas beef-side down and smash firmly; cook until beef is browned and crispy.
- Flip tortillas and add cheese on the beef side; cook until melted.
- Remove from heat and top with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Drizzle generously with burger sauce.
- Fold and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
