Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and prepare a springform pan.
- Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and cocoa powder; press into the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth; pour over crust and bake 50–60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare chocolate ganache by melting chocolate with warm cream and pour over the chilled cheesecake.
- Arrange marshmallows on top and toast them with a kitchen torch until golden.
- Serve chilled with gooey, chocolatey perfection in every bite.
