Description

Crisp apples coated in creamy caramel, double chocolate, and loaded with chopped Snickers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 bag soft caramels (unwrapped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • Wooden or metal sticks for apples

Instructions

  1. Insert sticks firmly into the top of each apple.
  2. Melt caramels with 1 tbsp water over low heat until smooth.
  3. Dip each apple into melted caramel, allowing excess to drip off; chill 10 minutes.
  4. Melt milk and white chocolates separately; drizzle or dip apples in alternating layers.
  5. While chocolate is still soft, sprinkle chopped Snickers generously over the top.
  6. Chill again until set, then serve at room temperature.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh, crisp apples.
  • Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before drizzling to prevent it from running off the apples.
  • These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
