Description
Crisp apples coated in creamy caramel, double chocolate, and loaded with chopped Snickers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1 bag soft caramels (unwrapped)
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- Wooden or metal sticks for apples
Instructions
- Insert sticks firmly into the top of each apple.
- Melt caramels with 1 tbsp water over low heat until smooth.
- Dip each apple into melted caramel, allowing excess to drip off; chill 10 minutes.
- Melt milk and white chocolates separately; drizzle or dip apples in alternating layers.
- While chocolate is still soft, sprinkle chopped Snickers generously over the top.
- Chill again until set, then serve at room temperature.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh, crisp apples.
- Allow the chocolate to cool slightly before drizzling to prevent it from running off the apples.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
