Instructions

- Dip each cake pop fully into the white chocolate, letting excess drip off; set upright to harden.
- Attach a mini peanut butter cup on top as a hat using a dab of melted chocolate.
- Add eyes, smile, buttons, and a tiny orange candy melt nose.
- Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar for a snowy finish.
