  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped beef bacon and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  3. Stir in onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
  4. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped cabbage and toss to coat in the bacon fat and oil.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
