- 4 slices Beef bacon (halal)
- 1 Onion, chopped

- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped beef bacon and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
- Stir in onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add chopped cabbage and toss to coat in the bacon fat and oil.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender with lightly caramelized edges.
Notes
- Red pepper flakes can be added for extra heat.
